Networking Embroidery Machines

Tajima DG/ML Software by Pulse provides a dynamic Plug & Play LAN networking connection function, supported by Tajima’s new embroidery machines. This software vastly improves the existing embroidery machine network connections functionality. Now designs are quickly transmitted to the machines, proving for easy and immediate production, greatly improving efficiency. This almost instantaneous design transmittal holds true even if you have many designs or change them frequently. One computer running Tajima DG/ML by Pulse can manage a single or multiple embroidery machines, sending the same design to all embroidery machines or separate designs to individual designated embroidery machines simultaneously… all viewable on the DG/ML Screen, so managing even the most complex production shop is a breeze. If you use the Clustering function, you can divide the machines in your shop into various groups and assign the same design to each group, for even more production efficiencies. Because DG/ML is designed specifically for Tajima equipment, the LAN embroidery network adopts Tajima’s TBF format. This format contains many command functions of Tajima embroidery machines, dramatically reducing the time and effort to manage settings and operations of the equipment. For example, there is no need to set the colour change sequence by reviewing the worksheet very time a design changes. Instead, DG/ML allows colour change sequence to be set by specifying certain threads on individual embroidery machines, dramatically reducing the time and effort to manage settings and operations of the equipment. DG/ML also allows the use of bar codes to search for specific designs saving labour and time for the embroiderer. The bar code reader connects directly to a Tajima machine and by reading a bar code printed on the work sheet, the specified design will be pulled from your folder by DG/ML immediately to the machine.
